Compliance Commitments

VIVAR supports counterparty due diligence on every mandate. The group maintains know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering awareness across its engagement processes, cooperates with the compliance requirements of the banks and institutions it coordinates with, and conducts sanctions-aware screening of the transactions it advises on.
