About VIVAR
Governance
Corporate oversight, accountability, and the operating standards applied across every VIVAR engagement.
01
Corporate Governance
The group operates under a governance framework directed by its founding director, with documented decision-making for mandate acceptance, counterparty engagement, and disclosure. Group policy is reviewed annually by the Executive Director and applied consistently across all operating divisions.
02
Principal & Director Accountability
Principal accountability for every engagement rests with the founding director. Where advisory board members or specialist advisers contribute to a mandate, they do so under the direction and accountability of the principal.
03
Operating Standards
The group is committed to compliance with applicable law, strict confidentiality in all client and counterparty matters, and professional conduct consistent with the standards expected by institutional counterparties.
04
Conflicts of Interest
Potential conflicts are identified at mandate scoping and managed through disclosure, separation of advisory roles, or declination of the engagement. VIVAR does not act as principal on transactions and does not take positions adverse to its clients.
05
Professional Standards
As a company registered in England and Wales, the group operates within the obligations of the UK Companies Act, including statutory filing, record-keeping, and directors' duties.
